Welcome to CoreStilus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreStilus platform and its Logic Audit Engine (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of Service
CoreStilus is a Cognitive Architecture Tool designed to evaluate the structural integrity and logical consistency of business documentation.
- Not Professional Advice: The reports and insights generated by CoreStilus are based on systemic logic and "First Principles." They do not constitute legal, financial, actuarial, or official regulatory advice.
- User Accountability: You acknowledge that any decision made based on an audit report is your sole responsibility. CoreStilus is an advisory tool, not a substitute for human expert judgment.
2. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
- Your Strategy, Your Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all text, documents, and data you upload to the Service. CoreStilus claims no rights to your proprietary business logic.
- The "No-Training" Guarantee: We explicitly covenant that your uploaded content will not be used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs).
- CoreStilus Assets: All logic frameworks, proprietary audit methodologies (including VACE principles), and software architecture are the exclusive property of CoreStilus.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
- Access: Access is granted based on your selected subscription tier.
- Billing: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing accounts across multiple users is prohibited to maintain the integrity of the "Cognitive Bandwidth."
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreStilus and its founder shall not be liable for:
- Business Outcomes: Any loss of profit, loss of data, or regulatory fines resulting from your reliance on an audit report.
- AI Probability: You understand that AI analysis is probabilistic. CoreStilus does not guarantee that it will identify every possible error or contradiction in your documents.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use CoreStilus to:
- Generate or audit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Logic Engine.
- Use the Service for automated "cold outreach" or mass solicitation, which violates our principles of Magnetic Authority.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service creates systemic risk or friction for other users.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any legal action shall be brought before the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
